Jim, Head Honcho
Jim Siegel is the Head Honcho 4th generation owner of Siegel Jewelers. From a young age, Jim was immersed in the jewelry world, often running errands and making deliveries for the store. In his teen years, he was the store's machine engraver when he was not in school. In 1972 Jim was officially put on the payroll. After studying at the Geological Institute of America and earning the title of Certified Gemologist Appraiser, Jim took charge of appraising jewelry. As leader of Siegel Jewelers, Jim now focuses on the big picture of Siegel Jewelers, guiding the staff, marketing and finances into the future. Jim loves finding ways to motivate and encourage his team to develop their strengths and overcome weakness.
Joel, The Answer Man
Joel Siegel is the younger brother of Jim Siegel and co-owner of Siegel Jewelers. After completing college, he began working at Siegel Jewelers in 1978. With 46 years of experience, Joel oversees all aspects of buying, selling, and appraising jewelry, giving him the title of Answer Man. His favorite part about working at Siegel Jewelers is helping people celebrate happy life moments. If you ever stop in with a question for Joel, you may get a special treat, a meeting with his adopted son Jasper. Jasper is a rescued red retriever with a gentle and affectionate nature.
Jaron, Communications Guru
Jaron Siegel is the 5th generation of the Siegel Family legacy. Son of Jim Siegel, Jaron is invaluable to our team when it comes to keeping us up to date. He is willing to take on any challenge, with a determination and patience that produces amazing results. An expert in digital design, anything IT-related, and marketing, Jaron's impressive knowledge and experience are irreplaceable. His sincerity and down-to-earth nature are reflected in his work.
Polly, Sales Associate
A consummate expert of all things jewelry-related, Polly is an invaluable asset to Siegel Jewelers. With over 30 years of experience and the Gemological Institute of America's Associated Jewelry Professional Certification, Polly ensures every visitor to Siegel Jewelers receives the best assistance. Her favorite part about working at Siegel Jewelers is serving the wonderful people that make up our community. She is an expert in bridal, estate, diamonds, and buying jewelry. Polly is constantly looking for ways to improve our service and jewelry selection, maintaining the excellence and high standards we uphold.
Jim, Genuine Gem
Jim Hartwell started his career in the jewelry industry in 1984. Over the years he has completed extensive training, acquiring the Registered Jeweler certification from the American Gem Society, and certification in Diamond and Colored Gemstone Essentials from the Gemological Institute of America. In addition, he has over 30 years of management experience. Jim H puts his vast variety of experience and knowledge to good use, motivating and keeping the team focused. Due to his guidance and talent recruitment, he has built a strong team with skills that complement each other well. When things need to get done, we look to Jim H because we know he will make it happen.
Shannon, Supermom
Shannon puts her attentive eye for detail to adroit use in our merchandising and sales departments. With over 15 years of experience, including AGS certification and GIA training, Shannon is an accomplished member of our team. Shannon says the best part about working at Siegel Jewelers is our wonderful clients! She loves putting her skills to use finding the perfect gifts or wedding ring. In addition, being able to work alongside three generations of the Siegel family is one of the highlights for Shannon. Her selection and arrangement of our jewelry collection speaks for itself. Besides making our store look fabulous, her other superpower includes being a super mom to her four kids and two grandbabies.
Dave, Sales Associate
Dave Wall brings nearly forty years of expertise and passion to Siegel Jewelers. A certified diamontologist, Dave’s depth of knowledge spans from intricate repairs to watch expertise, making him a true gem in our team. His commitment to customers goes beyond service—he thrives on connecting with people, sharing stories, and making their experience memorable. For Dave, working at Siegel’s isn’t just about the craftsmanship; it’s about helping our store grow with warmth and dedication. Outside of work, you might find Dave cheering on his favorite sports teams, creating art through painting, or meticulously building models. He’s more than a jeweler; he’s an artist and a friend to every customer who walks through our doors.
Lydia, Miss Filigree
The youngest member of the Siegel team, Lydia started at Siegel Jewelers in 2021. With no prior experience in jewelry sales, Lydia quickly developed an interest in the fascinating variety of gemstones and eras of jewelry design. The art and individuality of estate jewelry fascinate Lydia the most. She values the freedom Jim Siegel gives his employees to learn new skills and wear many different hats. Lydia works in the sales and marketing departments and loves to put together content for the store and help people create their dream jewelry. Her goal is to keep learning from the amazing mentors on her team.
Neisha, Jewelry Maven
After growing up in a family-owned and operated jewelry store, Neishia knows the value of small, locally owned businesses. After working for her family business, Neishia operated a jewelry store she co-owned with her sister for 24 years. To add to her experience, she continued her career as a manager for several big-box stores, completing several training courses in the meantime. As a member of the Diamond Council of America, her title of jewelry maven is perfect! She loves everything about jewelry but especially getting to be a part of wonderful moments in life and jewelry gift-giving! Above all, she is proud to be a part of Siegel Jewelers' 135-year (and counting!) legacy.
Jan, Giftware & Donation Queen
The head of giftware and donations for 45 years, Jan approaches every task with an enthusiastic regard for the highest standard of quality and excellence. She is a National Bridal Association certified Bridal Consultant and Party Planner. Motivated by the 135 year legacy of Siegel Jewelers, Jan strives to be a positive role model, setting an example of gratitude, respect, and trust, She lives by the motto "When we strive to become better, everything around us becomes better too." This belief is evident by the impressive efficiency, detail, and precision that reflects in everything that Jan does. As Bridal Consultant, Giftware Buyer, and Donation Queen, Jan makes sure we have everything a hostess or gift-giver needs. Danny, Master Jewelry Technician
Danny, our master bench jeweler since 1999, performs all our in-house repairs. He approaches every item of jewelry that enters the shop with incredible attention to detail and skillful experience. His favorite jewelry repair is setting diamonds. He never fails to amaze us with the jewelry restorations he is able to achieve.
