At Siegel Jewelers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. Since we are just beginning to offer shipping, we want to make sure every order is handled with care and transparency.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you believe your item was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
In rare cases, we may approve a return or exchange at our discretion. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Shipping & Refunds
